Sausage pinwheels
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- stick margarine, softened - 1/2 item
- ground sausage, uncooked - 1 lb
How to make sausage pinwheels:
Mix Bisquick, milk and margarine well. Roll out into a rectangle. May need extra Bisquick or flour to prevent sticking. Top with sausage and grated cheese. Roll up as a jelly roll. Wrap in aluminum foil. Freeze.When ready to serve, slice and bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes on a cookie sheet (ungreased), until bread is golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Serves 6.
