  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 lb
  • light brown sugar
  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten slightly - 2 item

How to make sour cream coffee cake:

Topping:1/2 c. light brown sugar1/2 c. white sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1 c. chopped nuts Cream butter and sugar. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Combine last 4 ingredients to make a topping. Butter two 8-inch pans. Put 1/4 batter in each pan and cover with 1/4 topping. Use remaining topping to cover addition of remaining batter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Can also be made in 1 large sheet cake pan. Freezes well.
