Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 lb
- light brown sugar
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten slightly - 2 item
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. light brown sugar1/2 c. white sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1 c. chopped nuts Cream butter and sugar. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Combine last 4 ingredients to make a topping. Butter two 8-inch pans. Put 1/4 batter in each pan and cover with 1/4 topping. Use remaining topping to cover addition of remaining batter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
