  • celery salt - 1 item
  • green peppers - 3 lb
  • large onions - 3 lb
  • Italian sausage sweet or hot - 2 lb
  • to 3 cans sliced potatoes - 2 item
  • small cans mushrooms stems and pieces - 3 item

How to make sausage delight:

You will need one 18 x 9 x 2-inch stainless steel pan.

Bake sausages in a 350° oven until done. Cut up onions and peppers. Remove baked sausages and place onions and peppers in pan. Bake until soft (stir often). Cut up sausage and add to onions and peppers, along with sliced potatoes and mushrooms (drained). Sprinkle with celery salt. Stir occasionally until potatoes are browned. Take a generous portion for yourself before putting on the table, or you will be left without.
