  • pkg - 1 oz
  • water
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • bulk sausage - 1 lb

How to make sausage and noodle casserole:

Crumble sausage in a large skillet; add onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally; drain well. Combine soup and water; add meat mixture, noodles, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spoon mixture into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. One-half cup crushed French fried onion rings may be added on top if you like.
