- eggs - 8 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- to 6 slices bread, cubed - 4 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard. Put bread in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Add sausage, then cheese. Top with egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
