Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• chopped celery - 1 c
• chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
• onion, chopped - 1 item
• chopped sauerkraut - 2 c
• small can pimentos, chopped - 1 item

How to make sauerkraut salad:

Mix all ingredients. Let stand for 12 hours before serving.
