Carrot salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
- cauliflowerets - 1 c
How to make carrot salad:
Steam carrots and cauliflower about 5 minutes and set aside.Combine tomato soup, sugar, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt. Bring tomato soup and dressing ingredients to a boil. Toss while hot with all of the vegetables and chill.
