Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
  • diced green pepper - 1/2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • diced celery - 1 c
  • can sauerkraut, drained - 1 item
  • red pepper for color optional - 1 item

How to make sauerkraut salad:

Dressing:1 c. sugar2 Tbsp. cooking oil1/4 c. vinegar1/4 tsp. salt Make dressing of a certified sweetener equal to 1 cup sugar. Add to salad mixture; stir well and chill thoroughly.
