- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- mushrooms, sliced - 1 lb
- pine nuts - 1/4 c
- chicken breasts - 6 item
- cans diced green chilies - 2 oz
- grated Jack cheese - 1 c
How to make santa fe chicken:
Melt butter in skillet. Add chicken (skinned and cut in large pieces). Cook until browned (10 to 12 minutes). Salt and pepper. Arrange chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
