- flour - 1/4 c
- chicken broth - 2 c
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- tortilla chips - 1 pkg
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- sliced green onions with tops - 1/2 c
- can dried green chilies - 1 item
How to make santa fe casserole:
In medium skillet, brown meat and stir until crumbly; drain fat. Add taco seasoning; blend well. In small bowl, combine broth and flour.
