- 25 oz
- chicken broth - 2 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- can diced green chilies - 1 oz
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- green onions with tops, sliced - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- taco sauce - 1 (16
- Sides: lettuce optional
- sour cream optional - 1 item
- corn chips optional - 1 item
How to make santa fe casserole:
Sides: lettuce (optional) sour cream (optional) corn chips (optional) In medium skillet brown meat and stir until crumbly; drain fat. Add taco seasonings; blend well. In small bowl combine broth and flour. Add to meat mixture and bring to a boil to slightly thicken liquid. Stir in sour cream and chilies; blend well. In 13 x 9 x 2-inch lightly greased baking dish place 1/2 of chips. Top with 1/2 of beef mixture, 1/2 of taco sauce, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of onions. Layer again.
