Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- minced celery - 1/2 c
- mustard seed - 1 tsp
- minced green pepper - 1/4 c
- tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped - 4 item
- chopped mild green chilies - 3 Tbsp
How to make salsa:
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill several hours. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips, or as a mild sauce for other dishes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Sauces, Salsas.
