Ingredients/Components
- cans pink salmon - 2 item
- medium Irish potatoes - 4 item
- onions - 2 item
- or 3 carrots - 2 item
- cans cream of celery soup - 2 item
- water - 1 item
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- milk - 3/4 c
How to make salmon stew:
Slice potatoes, onions and carrots; place them in a large pot and cover with water. Add butter, salt and pepper; then cook vegetables until almost done. Stir in salmon and soup. Turn off heat. Stir in milk and serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, Stew, Salmon.
