- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- roast - 1 item
How to make beef roast in gravy:
Salt and pepper roast. Place roast in a baking dish in a 350° oven with 1/2 stick of margarine; cook for 2 hours.Stir in 2 cans of soup and sliced onion. Cook at 350° for 1 more hour. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
