Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3 c
  • butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • water
  • chopped celery
  • chopped onions - 3/4 c
  • salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • diced potatoes
  • precooked shrimp - 3/4 lb
  • zucchini, sliced optional - 1 item

How to make shrimp bisque:

Place celery, potatoes, water, salt and pepper in multi-cooker. Set heat control at 250° and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to 212°. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Blend milk and flour. Stir in potato mixture. Add shrimp, butter and zucchini. Simmer, stirring, until thickened and bubbly.
