Shrimp bisque
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- water
- chopped celery
- chopped onions - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- diced potatoes
- precooked shrimp - 3/4 lb
- zucchini, sliced optional - 1 item
How to make shrimp bisque:
Place celery, potatoes, water, salt and pepper in multi-cooker. Set heat control at 250° and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to 212°. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Blend milk and flour. Stir in potato mixture. Add shrimp, butter and zucchini. Simmer, stirring, until thickened and bubbly.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Shrimp, Bisques/cream soups.
