Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- condensed milk - 1/2 c
- flaked salmon or tuna - 2 c
- medium white sauce recipe follows - 1 c
- Bake in greased baking dish at 350° for 30 minutes
How to make salmon loaf:
Add lemon juice to fish; add rest of ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased baking dish at 350° for 30 minutes.White Sauce:2 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. flour1/2 c. milk1/4 tsp. salt Melt butter; add flour and blend. Add milk and cook over low heat until thick.
