Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/4 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- meal - 2 Tbsp
- large can salmon - 1 item
How to make salmon patties:
In a large bowl, mash salmon. Add all other ingredients. Stir until all is mixed together. If not stiff enough to drop from spoon, add more flour. Heat oil in frying pan until hot. Drop by spoonful into hot oil. Brown on both sides.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
