Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onions - 2 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 3 c
- cans salmon - 2 oz
How to make salmon loaf:
Flake and remove bones and skin from salmon. Blend in eggs and salmon-milk mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
