Tuna patties
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 4 Tbsp
- mashed potatoes - 2 c
- cans grated tuna fish - 2 item
How to make tuna patties:
Mash the tuna thoroughly; mix to a smooth paste with the potatoes, cheese, eggs, parsley, garlic and seasoning. Shape into flat cakes about 1/2-inch thick and 2 inches in diameter. Dip in the bread crumbs; saute in the hot oil until golden. Serve hot or cold; hot with tomato sauce and cold with mayonnaise. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Tuna, Saltwater fish.
