Ingredients/Components
- can salmon - 1 1/2
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- clove garlic, pressed - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil for frying - 1 item
How to make salmon croquettes:
Drain salmon. Mix salmon and bread crumbs. Combine remaining ingredients except oil. Stir into salmon mixture. Form into about twelve 1-inch balls. Heat oil about 1 inch deep in skillet. Spoon balls into hot oil; brown well on all sides. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Salmon.
