Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • soft bread crumbs
  • chopped onions - 1 tsp
  • can salmon - 1 lb

How to make salmon loaf:

Heat oven to 350°. Drain liquid from salmon into measuring cup. Add milk to make 3/4 cup. Flake salmon to remove bones and skin. Blend in egg; stir in remainder of ingredients. Spoon lightly into greased loaf pan or dish. Bake 45 minutes. Serve
