Crabmeat dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- crabmeat - 1 can
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- cream or milk - 2 Tbsp
- green onion with tops small - 1 item
How to make crabmeat dip:
Put all ingredients, except crabmeat in blender container. Cover and set to "Blend" until smooth. Stop and push ingredients toward blades when necessary. Add broken up crabmeat. Cover and set to "Chop" until crabmeat is chopped (not too long). Serve with tortilla chips or fresh chilled vegetables. Makes 2 cups.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Dips lunch/snacks.
