Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- can pink salmon - 1 oz
- whole egg - 1 item
How to make salmon croquettes:
Drain juice from salmon into measuring cup. Mix salmon and egg and add flour. Add 1/4 cup juice to baking powder. Pour into salmon mixture. Drop by teaspoons into deep fat. Turn until brown.For small can of salmon, halve other ingredients.
