  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • nuts, chopped - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • parsley - 1 item
  • horseradish - 1 Tbsp
  • liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
  • small grated onions - 2 item
  • salmon, drained and deboned - 1 lb

How to make salmon cheese ball:

Mix together all ingredients except nuts and parsley. Make into ball. Roll in nuts mixed with parsley. Wrap and chill.
