Italian meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- large eggs - 2 item
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- grated cheese - 2 Tbsp
- pork, beef and veal ground meat - 1 lb
- slices white bread, grated - 2 item
How to make italian meatballs:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Roll meat into 2-inch balls. Should make about 10. Fry in vegetable oil until brown. You can use with marinara sauce or by themselves. These can also be frozen for later use.See Marinara Sauce by Miriam.
