- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 item
- sharp cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- medium Vidalia onions, sliced - 4 item
- saltines, crushed - 12 item
How to make vidalia onion casserole:
Melt margarine and cook onions until tender. Spray casserole with Pam; line bottom with cracker crumbs. Add onions and soup in layers until dish is full. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.
