Fresh tomato pie



Ingredients/Components
- fresh basil, chopped
- sharp cheddar cheese
- fresh chives, chopped
- inch pie shell - 9 item
- 2-3 green onions, chopped
- - 3 large tomatoes - 2 item
How to make fresh tomato pie:
Bake and cool pie crust. Peel, slice, salt tomatoes and drain 20 minutes on a cooling rack. Mix basil, chives, onion. Grate cheese and mix with mayonnaise. Preheat oven 350. Layer tomatoes, onion, basil, chives mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread cheese and mayonnaise on top.
