Salisbury steak deluxe
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- prepared horseradish - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak deluxe:
Combine and stir first 4 ingredients; set aside. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 of soup mixture. Form into patties. Brown; drain drippings from pan. Combine rest of soup mixture plus water. Pour over patties. Cook for 20 minutes on medium-low. Stir gravy occasionally.Recipe categories: Meat, Ground beef, Beef.
