Sweet and sour meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce
- catsup - 3/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 3/4 c
- hamburger
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- apple cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make sweet and sour meatballs:
Mix first 6 ingredients together and shape into small meatballs. Put in skillet and cook on medium while you are mixing remaining ingredients in a bowl for your sauce. Meatballs will be almost fully cooked, but idea is to get excess fat off before being baked in a baking dish with other ingredients.
