Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- catsup
- mustard - 1 tsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- drops Tabasco sauce - 9 item
- crushed cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sweet pepper flakes - 2 Tbsp
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Sauce:3/4 c. catsup1/2 c. water1/4 c. vinegar1/3 c. packed brown sugar1/2 c. chopped onion1 tsp. mustard1 tsp. salt4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce6 drops Tabasco sauce Mix all ingredients except sauce. Shape in 1-inch balls. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake 30 minutes longer.
