  • packed brown sugar - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 4 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • catsup
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • drops Tabasco sauce - 9 item
  • crushed cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • sweet pepper flakes - 2 Tbsp

How to make cocktail meatballs:

Sauce:3/4 c. catsup1/2 c. water1/4 c. vinegar1/3 c. packed brown sugar1/2 c. chopped onion1 tsp. mustard1 tsp. salt4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce6 drops Tabasco sauce Mix all ingredients except sauce. Shape in 1-inch balls. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake 30 minutes longer.
