Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1 Tbsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- can golden mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix together all ingredients except mushrooms, soup and water. Make thick hamburger patties, about 5 to a pound. Roll patties in flour; lightly sear in small amount of shortening.
