  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 2 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • ketchup - 2 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item

How to make salisbury steak:

Combine all ingredients, except soup and water; mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Dip into flour and brown in hot fat. Place in baking pan. Add soup and water. Bake for 45 minutes at 300°.
