Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- ketchup - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine all ingredients, except soup and water; mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Dip into flour and brown in hot fat. Place in baking pan. Add soup and water. Bake for 45 minutes at 300°.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Oamc/freezer/make ahead.
