Salisbury steak
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- egg, lightly beaten - 1 item
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- saltine cracker crumbs - 1/4 c
- beef gravy, mix as directed - 2 pkg
How to make salisbury steak:
In bowl combine first 8 ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Fry in skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes or until done. Remove patties. Add gravy and mushrooms. Heat until gravy is thick.
