Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can water - 1/2 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine all ingredients except soup and water. Shape into patties 1-inch thick. Brown on both sides. Combine soup and water. Pour over and around meat. Cook slowly in covered skillet about 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Oamc/freezer/make ahead.
