- shortening - 3 Tbsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- hot water
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 1 c
- finely chopped celery - 2 c
- cubed pork, beef or chicken
- extra water chestnuts optional - 1 item
- large can chop suey vegetables, drained - 1 item
How to make chop suey:
