Ingredients/Components
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- fine bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- ground beef
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine 1/4 cup soup and rest of ingredients (except water). Mix thoroughly. Shape into patties. Place in shallow dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat.
