Rotini salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1/2 lb
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- dash of ground ginger - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cashews - 1/3 c
- peanut oil - 1/2 c
- fresh snow peas - 1/4 lb
- red and yellow bell peppers - 1 c
- small red onion, cut in wedges - 1/2 item
How to make rotini salad:
Prepare rotini as package directs. Drain well. Add next 5 ingredients in small bowl. Blend oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Toss with rotini mixture. Chill. Garnish. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, Pasta shells.
