Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- apple cider or apple juice
- boneless pork loin or butterfly chops - 4 item
How to make honey-apple pork chops:
Combine all ingredients, except pork chops; mix well. Place pork chops in shallow dish; pour marinade over chops. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Remove pork chops from marinade. Place on grill approximately 6 inches above mediuRecipe categories: Meat, Pork chop, Pork.
