Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 item
- slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper - 1/4 tsp
- breadcrumbs - 3/4 c
- finely chopped mushrooms - 1/2 c
- light cream or 1 can Carnation milk - 1/2 c
- or 7 boned skinless chicken breasts - 6 item
How to make rolled chicken:
Cook mushrooms in butter about 5 minutes. Blend in flour; stir in cream and add salt and pepper. Cook and stir until mixture becomes thick. Stir in cheese. Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly. Turn mixture into pie plate. Chill, covered, aRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, High protein.
