- heavy cream - 3 pt
- tomato sauce - 1 pt
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- vodka - 1 c
- cooked rigatoni - 1 lb
- spices fresh sage, fresh basil, fresh parsley, salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make rigatoni with vodka sauce:
Saute mushrooms in butter and now flambee the vodka in the same pan (let it reduce). Add the heavy cream until it thickens, spices, pasta and tomato sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, One Dish meal.
