egg white - 1 item
red wine vinegar
salt and pepper - 1 item
olive oil - 1 c
Feta cheese - 1/8 1/4
green onion - 1 item
green pepper - 1 item
red pepper - 1 item
tomato, sliced - 1 item
Greek olives - 1/4 c
uncooked tri-colored pasta - 2 3
summer sausage or salami, julienned - 1/4 c

How to make pasta salad:

Vinaigrette:1/4 c. red wine vinegar1 egg white1/8 to 1/4 c. Feta cheese1 c. olive oil salt and pepper Cook pasta. Add peppers (cut in strips), chopped onion, sausage and olives.

Make Vinaigrette by adding red wine, egg white and Feta to pesto sauce. Blend well. Add olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add Vinaigrette to pasta salad. Mix well. Chill. Garnish with tomato wedges and crumbled Feta.
