Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • oregano - 2 tsp
  • basil - 2 tsp
  • olive oil - 1/4 c
  • can whole tomatoes - 2 lb
  • to 6 pork chops - 4 item
  • box rigatoni noodles - 1 item
  • small cloves garlic or garlic powder to taste - 3 item

How to make rigatoni:

Bake pork chops at 325° until done. Place pork chops and remaining ingredients in crock-pot and simmer on high for 8 to 10 hours. Cook rigatoni noodles according to package directions; drain. Remove bones from sauce. Mix sauce over noodles and serve with Parmesan cheese.

Note: This is an original recipe from my great grandfather Salvador Campisi from Sicily, Italy.
