Rigatoni
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- oregano - 2 tsp
- basil - 2 tsp
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- can whole tomatoes - 2 lb
- to 6 pork chops - 4 item
- box rigatoni noodles - 1 item
- small cloves garlic or garlic powder to taste - 3 item
How to make rigatoni:
Bake pork chops at 325° until done. Place pork chops and remaining ingredients in crock-pot and simmer on high for 8 to 10 hours. Cook rigatoni noodles according to package directions; drain. Remove bones from sauce. Mix sauce over noodles and serve with Parmesan cheese.Note: This is an original recipe from my great grandfather Salvador Campisi from Sicily, Italy.
