Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 2
- water - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- sesame seed - 2 Tbsp
- monosodium glutamate - 1/4 tsp
- sliced green onions with tops - 1/4 c
- cloves garlic, minced or mashed - 2 item
How to make korean marinade:
Combine all ingredients. Put meat (chicken, short ribs) into marinade and chill, covered, for 4 to 5 hours or longer. Makes marinade for 4 pounds of meat.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Condiments, etc., Marinades and rubs.
