Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 item
- instant rice uncooked - 4 c
- cans regular milk - 3 item
- each cans Pet evaporated milk save can to measure regular milk - 2 oz
How to make rice pudding:
In a 3-quart casserole (ungreased), mix all of the ingredients together. Sprinkle cinnamon over top. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 50 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent a hard crust from forming on top. Add regular milk if it gets too dry.To make a smaller batch, cut rice to 2 cups, sugar to 1 cup, Pet milk to 1 can and regular milk to 1 can. Bake for same amount of time.
