Apple coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• butter, softened - 1 Tbsp
• sugar - 1/2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• oil - 1/4 c
• baking powder
• egg - 1 item
• chopped apples

How to make apple coffee cake:

Topping:1/4 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 Tbsp. butter, softened In large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and cinnamon. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk and oil; mix well. Pour this over dry ingredients. Stir and then add apples. Pour into square pan.

In small bowl, make the topping. Sprinkle on top of batter. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 400°.
