Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 6 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • light cream or evaporated milk - 4 c

How to make no cook vanilla ice cream:

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture thickens. Freeze in freezer. Makes 1 gallon.

To make chocolate: Add 4 squares of chocolate with 3 cups of sugar or use 5 squares darker chocolate with 4 cups of sugar.
