Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 2 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- cooked rice - 3 c
- firmly packed light brown sugar - 1/4 c
- sour cream or plain yogurt - 1 c
How to make rice pudding:
In a mixing bowl, combine and mix all ingredients (except rice). Add mixture to rice; bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes until light golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Rice.
