Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- plain flour - 2 Tbsp
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- candied cherries - 1/4 lb
- dates - 1 lb
- slices candied pineapple - 4 item
- cans moist coconut - 2 item
- orange gumdrops large - 3 item
- red gumdrops large - 5 item
- green gumdrops large - 5 item
How to make gumdrop cake:
Cut fruit and gumdrops into small pieces. Dredge with flour. Add coconut, milk and nuts. Mix well. Pour into greased 8-inch tube pan lined with waxed paper. Bake at 250° for one hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
