Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- long grain rice
- bay leaf - 1 item
- pinch of ground white pepper - 1 item
- boiling chicken stock - 3 c
How to make rice pilaf:
Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add rice. Add hot broth and boil, covered, 25 minutes on low heat. Remove bay leaf and press into 1 1/2-quart ring mold. Keep warm and unmold to serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Long Grain rice.
