Chicken spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- 5 oz
- bay leaf - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- spaghetti - 12 oz
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- red pepper - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- whole fryer chicken - 1 item
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Cook chicken in water for 1 hour with bay leaf and salt. When cooked, debone and cut chicken into bite size pieces. Skim fat off broth, then cook spaghetti in broth. Drain spaghetti and save 3 cups broth.Saute onion, mushrooms and celery in butter. Add tomato soup and season with salt and red pepper. Mix chicken broth, spaghetti and sauce into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Cover with Cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
